1 sudu makan kicap lemak masin
Sedikit garam dan serbuk perasa
Bahan tumbuk:
2 ulas bawang putih
1 biji bawang besar
2 sudu makan ikan bilis
Cara-caranya:
1. Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam kuali. Tumis bahan tumbuk dan cili kisar.
2. Masukkan garam dan serbuk perasa. Tumis hingga pecah minyak dan agak garing.
3. Masukkan sayur-sayuran. Gaul rata hingga kobis agak layu.
4. Masukkan nasi sejuk. Gaul rata.
5. Masukkan kicap. Gaul rata.
6. Ketepikan nasi ke satu sisi kuali. Pecahkan telur di satu sisi kuali yg tiada nasi. Kacau telur hingga hancur dan telur jadi scramble.
7. Gaul telur dengan nasi goreng hingga rata.
8. Perlahankan api dan gaul nasi sekali sekala untuk 5 minit lagi.
9. Tutup api dan hidangkan.
